The key to the thesis is a strong network of small to mid-sized brands that are geographically diverse but are finding it difficult to grow based on their narrow focus and resources. Connecting these brands leverages what made them successful in their product specific areas but also gives them a network of related products that allow them to offer most of what a typical corporate client needs.
