Bay Area, California 2012 – North American leader in office ergonomic solutions, height adjustable tables, monitor arm, keyboard platforms and LED lighting competing in the contract office furniture industry. Fortune 500 clients include; Apple, Cisco, Boeing, Sony, Mass Financial, Chevron, Kaiser, GSA and many more.
Accomplished this through strengthening the leadership team quickly with a focus on customer service and accountability. Improved communication, collaboration and processes while building a entrepreneurial customer first culture. Upgraded ERP system (Syteline) with Advanced Planning, ATP and CRM integration via Salesforce.com. We expanded our geographic reach by adding new sales staff and new customers in Canada and Eastern USA. Our revitalized and aggressive new product development investment and launches resulted in 75% of FY18 revenue coming from new, updated or resourced products. Acquired regional competitor, ISE based in Toronto Canada in 2016 giving us an expanded product line and greater scale that allowed for continued growth internationally and in the eastern US.
