Mission Accomplished! In under two years we successfully lead the rapid turnaround of two bankrupt businesses going from zero to $50M+ in sales in two years. This was accomplished by regaining every major customer including Lowes, Walmart, Amazon, Grainger and more with a clear path to $100 million in year three. The business was completely rebuilt using lean principals, reducing costs and improving efficiency. A new product development mentality and process was created and has led to over a dozen new products including new adjacent categories for both Shop-Vac and SK Tools.
